Kevin Martignetti

My experience being coached by Christian started when I started a franchise of a painting company in college I started out only selling 1 of my first 25 sales presentations.  At this point, I was statistically the worst seller in the country. Christian, through his experience, understood that this was not very relevant because he could see I was still 100% committed to achieving my goal.  He coached me to improve my skills, and along the way he constantly reminded me that I could still achieve my goal of generating $110,000 in revenue by the end of the summer (4 months away). He helped teach me that obstacles are just part of the process of success, and that short-term failure isn’t a defining characteristic.

During that summer, when my employees started producing the work I had sold for them, I had another major roadblock.  I had a few customers back out at the last minute, and I didn’t have work for any of my 6 employees for the 2 following weeks.  To compound this, I hadn’t been selling at a high rate. I called Christian to seek advice on what to do. Christian realized that I hadn’t given up, but that I was in a negative mindset.  He told me that I was going into every sales presentation thinking about why the customer wouldn’t go with me. He said I was attracting failure and negative results to myself by being in a negative mindset.  Until I decided to have a positive mindset and went into the sales presentations with the mindset that I was selling them, that nothing would change.  I went out that week and had my biggest sales week of the summer. I sold $25,000 in revenue and secured production for my whole team of employees for the next two weeks.  I then went on to surpass my goal of $110,000 by the end of the summer. I didn’t accomplish this because of skill. I made a decision and my actions were in accordance.  This was a powerful lesson for me. I learned that I am either limiting myself to concede to the obstacles I face or empowering myself to have no limits based on the mindset I decide to embody.  Christian taught me that mindset is a decision, not something left to chance or luck.  To this day, Christian is the first person I reach out to for advice.

After I locked down a powerful mindset, Christian encouraged me to further develop myself by reading and building consistent habits.  These additions to my life have had astronomic impacts for me both professionally and personally.

Because of Christian’s coaching, not only have I been able to accomplish things I never knew were possible, but I’ve been able to mentor and coach other motivated individuals as they work toward their goals.

Christian’s impact on me has been so powerful, that me saying that I recommend him as a coach is an understatement.  He can give you the roadmap to stop drifting through your life and your business day-by-day and start working toward the life and business that you really want.
